NOVA undertakes the automatic sewing agent production line of 3 TREES

2021年11月，經(jīng)過多輪角逐，綜合專業(yè)行業(yè)技術(shù)（側(cè)重）與商務(wù)條款間的對比，上海諾輝成功中標(biāo)三棵樹涂料股份有限公司（安徽工廠）美縫劑全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線EPC項(xiàng)目，值得特別說明的是，在此之前，三棵樹全國多個(gè)涂料生產(chǎn)基地，從未運(yùn)用EPC總承包的模式新增產(chǎn)線設(shè)備建設(shè)，本次選擇諾輝作為該模式在三棵樹實(shí)際產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中首次運(yùn)用，是基于諾輝特有的EPC項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及實(shí)地考察由諾輝承接的多個(gè)EPC總承包實(shí)例后的一次嘗試，同時(shí)也是對諾輝作為國內(nèi)專業(yè)的精細(xì)化工設(shè)備制造、系統(tǒng)集成成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn)的肯定；

In November 2021, NOVA successfully got the bid for the EPC project of 3 TREES Coatingsafter several rounds of competition between professional industry business and technology terms which is more important. In particular, before this, many paint production bases of 3trees across the country have never used the EPC general contracting model to build new production line equipment. This time, NOVA is selected as the model for the actual production line construction project of 3trees, which is based on NOVAs unique EPC project management experience, as well as on-site investigation of several EPC general contracting examples undertaken by NOVA. At the same time, it is also an affirmation of NOVAs mature experience as a professional fine chemical equipment manufacturer and system integration in China.沖床

該生產(chǎn)線包括工藝設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備制作、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)搭建、現(xiàn)場安裝、管道儀表系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)等全部工作；該生產(chǎn)線建成后，將是目前國內(nèi)規(guī)模最大、自動(dòng)化程度最高的美縫劑生產(chǎn)線，整條產(chǎn)線由2條A組分生產(chǎn)線，12條B組分生產(chǎn)線組成。沖床

The production line includes process design, equipment manufacture, steel structure construction, on-site installation, pipeline instrumentation system, and automatic control system, etc. After the production line is completed, it will be the largest and most automated groutagent production line in China. 系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)：System characteristics

1、粉體投料系統(tǒng)無塵化、自動(dòng)化，自帶過濾濾芯及除塵系統(tǒng)，粉體補(bǔ)料過程中無粉塵飛揚(yáng)；粉體根據(jù)配方需求全自動(dòng)配料；極大的降低人工成本和改善工作環(huán)境；沖床

The powder feeding system is dust-free and automatic, with its own filter element and dust removal system, and there is no dust flying in the process of powder feeding. The powder is fed automatically according to the formula and greatly reducing labor costs and improving the working environment.

2、根據(jù)高粘度的物料特性，特殊設(shè)計(jì)混合攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)，超高效混合，生產(chǎn)罐及調(diào)色罐真空設(shè)計(jì)壓力為100pa；

According to the characteristics of high viscosity materials, the mixing structure is specially designed for ultra efficient mixing. The vacuum design pressure of production tank and color mixing tank is 100Pa.沖床

3、B組分生產(chǎn)罐采用專色專罐，免清洗，無液廢、固廢；

The production tank of component B uses different tanks for each color, which is free of cleaning and liquid & solid waste.

4、高效智能，自動(dòng)化程度高，具備一鍵啟動(dòng)條件；液體配料及物料轉(zhuǎn)移根據(jù)配方需求全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行；

High efficiency, high degree of automation, with one-key start condition.Liquid batching and material conveying are fully automatic operated according to formula.

5、成品采用恒壓系統(tǒng)泵送至灌裝機(jī)，這個(gè)輸送過程全部在密閉的管道中進(jìn)行，與全自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng)。

The finished product is pumped to the filling machine by a constant pressure system. This conveying process is all carried out in a closed pipeline, which is linked with the automatic filling machine.沖床
